We deliver the hot tub to your location, set everything up for you, and make sure it's ready to use. At the end of your hire, we come back and collect it — simple and hassle-free.
What do I need to provide?▼
All we need is a flat, suitable outdoor space, access to a standard power supply, and access to water. We'll handle everything else.
How long does it take to heat up?▼
The hot tub typically takes 12–24 hours to reach full temperature, depending on weather conditions.
Are the hot tubs cleaned?▼
Yes — absolutely. All of our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every hire to ensure they're safe and ready to use.
How do I book?▼
Just send us a message with your preferred dates and location, and we'll check availability and get everything booked in for you.
Can the hot tub be used in the rain?▼
Yes! Our hot tubs can be used in most weather conditions — rain actually makes it even more relaxing.
Can I hire for parties or special occasions?▼
Absolutely! Our hot tubs are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, staycations, small gatherings and more.
How much space do I need?▼
You'll need a flat, level outdoor space of around 2m x 2m for the hot tub itself, with a little extra room around it for access.

How long does setup take?▼
Setup usually takes around 1–2 hours. We'll make sure everything is ready and show you how to use the hot tub before we leave.
How many people can use the hot tub?▼
Our tubs are ideal for 2–4 people, making them perfect for couples, families, or small groups.
What are your hire periods?▼
We offer weekend hire (Fri–Sun) and midweek hire. If you're after something different, just ask — we'll always try to help.
Do you require a deposit?▼
Yes, we take a small deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
Are there any restrictions?▼
We ask that the hot tub is used responsibly, no glass is used in or around the tub, and children are supervised at all times.
How do we drain the hot tub?▼
We take care of draining the hot tub at the end of your hire. The water is safely drained into a suitable outdoor drain or area agreed on arrival.
